As the former Executive Chef of Mama Jo's Trattoria in Las Vegas, they received the Las Vegas Review Journal's award
for Best Italian Restaurant — and an "Excellent" Rating from Zagat's Worldwide Restaurant Guide. He created a loyal
following.
Before Mama Jo's, Chef John was the Executive Chef at Ferraro's Italian Restaurant for seven years. He created superb
pasta dishes, exquisitely fresh seafood, and was awarded the prestigious 5 Star Diamond Award as one of the World's Best Chef's.
He created delicacies for Romeo's Italian Restaurant in Las Vegas for several years, and even spent a summer as a Guest Chef
at Romeo Schiavi's newest restaurant, That's Italian, in Kernville, California.
He graduated 1st in his class at the New York Culinary and Hotel Management School.
